Poor | At times it is impossible to get an appointment no matter what day of the week you call. There are always excuses and apparently ‘all appointments are taken’. The waiting time on the phone is awful. When you do get an appointment, its always ‘the doctor will give you a phone call’ and that does not happen. | Improve the phone call service. Improve possible appointments. Limit doctor phone calls as they do not take place. | June 4, 2025 at 8:50 am |
