Very poor | If you ring surgery ist thinh in the morning you have to hear the recorded message which is so long then we have to wait for someone to answer the phone and it will say you are number 3 or no. 2 in the queue and if you are lucky to speak to the receptionist- all the appointments gone so no chance to see the doctor – how pathetic 🙄 | Get rid of the recorded message | June 4, 2025 at 9:01 am |
Poor | I find that some staff at Spinney hill are not helpful & they can come across quite rude over the phone & in person. Some are lovely. The staff at Doncaster Road surgery are really nice. The Associate Doctor & the girls who take the bloods are lovely. Also I find talking to a Doctor over the phone not helpful at all. | Bring back in the booking online Face to Face appointments to see a Doctor.
