Same day Appointment system is very poor, it opens for just half an hour, many times all the bookings system is completely down and no clue to book online on phone. So not getting Medical service at the really when we needed. We can not go to A&E in all the health conditions. Which can be look after by GPs.

I know telephonic booking system can down but not frequently. if there is technical faults there will be good smooth manual way to book appointments. There are many ways to improve.

Overall, my experience was very good, but if I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be reducing the waiting time for appointments, especially during busy periods. I understand the high demand, but even small improvements in availability could make a big difference. Otherwise, the care and professionalism from the team have been excellent.

Very poor

My wife had knee replacement on 23rd of April 2025. As soon she came home I contacted surgery for some medical equipment, like toilet seat, couple of handle bars on front door and bath equipment as well. We have been waiting since 7th May 2025.

This type of patient should be attended as soon as possible as this patient my is in so much pain. It is surgery ploy not to give any attention so the problem will go away on its own.
