Repeat Prescriptions
Prescription requests require two working days to process. Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
If possible, do not attend the surgery for repeat prescriptions. this is due to the Covid-19 Virus. All prescriptions are now being issued using the EPS system (Electronic Prescription Service).
Use SystmOnline. If you need an account to be setup, please complete the online request form and email to the surgery on shmc.c82024@nhs.net
INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
Please request your repeat medications via the SystmOnline app or NHS app. This will enable the practice to process your medication request efficiently and securely.
If you are not registered with our online services, please come to the surgery and speak to reception.

Please ensure you provide the name of the medication you require, along with your full name, Date of Birth, Address and preferred contact number.
