ONLINE SERVICES

We now have 6,891 patients who have registered to use online repeat prescription requests, online appointment booking and view an online summary of your medical record and detailed coded record (dcr – subject to application and terms).

The online services Spinney Hill Medical Centre will provide for registered patients are:

    AppointmentsYou can now view, book, and cancel your appointment online. You will be able to book one face to face appointment with a doctor 4 weeks in advance.Book appointments online

How to register to use online services

Print off > complete > the following form: SystmOnline Request Form and email to shmc.c82024@nhs.net

Please bring the following documents with you to reception:

Adults
Photo ID: Passport or Drivers Licence
Proof of Address: Utility Bill / Bank Statement (under 3 months old)

A receptionist will activate your Online Account once you have provided the necessary documents. They will provide you with a printout of your Username and Password and a Patient Information Sheet, which will give you brief instructions on how to use the online services.

Under 16s
Photo ID: Passport OR Birth Certificate

Parental Access
A receptionist will create a SystmOnline account for the child in the same way as she would for an adult, using the child’s patient record but the parent or carer would be given the child’s SystmOnline username and password.

When the child reaches 16 years of age, the childs SystmOnline account becomes inactive. The parents can no longer access the account and the child must re-register to access online services themselves.

The SystmOnline app is free and allows patients to conveniently and efficiently manage their healthcare on the move. You need to be registered for online services with SystmOnline, to take advantage of the mobile app.
