Very poor | I am finding it increasingly difficult to get an appointment with a doctor. This has caused me quite abit of stress. The appointment system needs to change otherwise I will be changing my surgery in near future. Receptionist need to be more helpful and empathetic instead of going a blunt answer on the phone. I understand that you have been overwhelmed with number of patients in your practice but you need to find ways of improving appointments system. I have been utterly disappointed. | Improved system for appointments.
