Reception staff is absolutely unprofessional, not trained well, they rude whn they speak & doesnt lishen or let patients to talk/explain , reception staff need training how to smile, talk to people, fully listen to patient & try be helpful

You need to train your reception staff – how to smile, how to greet, how to speak & how to be helpful.
They need to learn good manners & how to speak politely with patients & try understand patients point of view to be helpful, rather than blunt rude scripted rude answers
