Neither good nor poor | Just a normal appointment at the surgery came away feeling the same and a bit down as I had been ringing the surgery to book appointment for a whole week,I rang in at 8am every morning only to be told no appointments left go to A&E if need be,A&E are overwhelmed they don’t want to see people like me as they have more serious things to tend to and aren’t very happy when you do turn up there.My issue isn’t really with the any appointments I have been to but the system for booking appointments is broken really is if I have to ring up every day for 5 days to book an appointment and none available and I know iam not the only one facing this issue there are other frustrated patients trying to book as well but it needs changing for sure as this has been going on for far too long now | Perhaps you could go back to the old system which you had years ago and patients could book throughout the day or perhaps you have to many patients for the surgery and need not register any further patients,the receptionist told me that two days a week the doctors work half day so that is a big problem as well,cant you have more doctors to fill in those gaps? | July 1, 2025 at 12:18 pm |
