Don’t know | I don’t see doctor face to face but when few weeks ago I asked to see doctor beacause of serve back pain (I rang sparp 8 in morning and was in 9 in slot) I was told three to go walk in clinic as their was no appointment left as Doctor are in training so I asked for telephone consultation and when doctor rang I Iwas to come to face face consultation, so how come I was told to go to walk in centre | I personally think in your database you should put all all vulnerable and all old people patients to give priority and train your staff to needs of all this human beings.
