Neither good nor poor

Me & my wife due to our medical conditions are unable to wake up early to book an appointment with the doctor. Can’t get advance appointments either.

I suffer from Restless leg Syndrome, I wake up after 11:00 am therefore, unable to ring.
I tried to book an advance appointment, unfortunately they are booked for at least two weeks & many times rotas are unavailable.

Good

The appointment itself was quite quick and the telephone call from the doctor was helpful however I was made to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time whilst I appreciate things take time but there were other patients that arrived after me that were then seen before me

Improve the waiting time if that can’t be possible it just needs to be communicated

Poor

Gp wasn’t quick enough to find root causes of sickness,

I know you just do surveys, but can’t implement anything because NHS rules and regulations, gp services getting poor day by day

Very poor

Confirmed Emails sent from my pharmacy to the survey and now 3 days without my diabetes medication x4 not received or no process in place until my phone call.

Get qualified and staff who actually do their roles and act or action emails.
