Never appointments available on line both weeks always full even if you go on it daily. Big lie
When checking at reception I personally advice t to go online even request for any appointments day or time
Call back When you are advised 4 -5 hrs window even utility company’s advice 2 hrs window

I called back after a call back 2 mins after when I was in the bathroom was advices will call back
Call back arranged was after 3 weeks happen twice
I have been a patient since Dr Desai time
Surgery customer service has deteriorated badly app appears duty of care not available anymore

Be honest and provide duty of care to patients
Practice manager needs to look into requested appointments

GPS are knowledgeable, staff are friendly except some odd ones.system is quite good except online appointment.

Increase more online appointment and a good staff training in customer relation
