I suffer of Restless leg syndrome & it effects my sleep pattern. I don’t fall sleep till 3 am & wake up around 11am. My wife suffers from severe back pain & also wakes up late,therefore, it is not possible to ring at 8 am. The only option is an advance appointment but can only get 3 weeks later. After trying, I was lucky to get it yesterday.

Consideration of an early appointment slot for those patients who cannot ring early, the surgery should make some provision to be seen. The receptionist keep on telling me to ring at 8 am & I keep on repeating the same scenario again & again.
Lastly, my heart felt thanks to Dr Miss Mehta who very professionally & explained in detail & took notes & advise me. She later rang back to advise what further action she will be taking to treat my symptoms. Heart felt for her warm consultation.
