To avoid miscommunication and ensure transparency, it is essential that patients are clearly informed of the role and professional title of the healthcare provider they are booked to see, whether that is a GP, nurse practitioner, physician associate, practice nurse / diabetes nurse (registered nurse), healthcare assistant, or phlebotomist. Respecting patient choice means offering honest and open communication. If a patient specifically requests to see a doctor but is offered an appointment with a different clinician, this should be clearly explained to support informed decision-making and maintain trust.

Not happy with the GP I saw. Felt that she is lacking experience. Mittal?New GP? Would definitely give 5 stars to all the other GP’s I have seen previously as they are very caring & Professional.

Try putting some slots to book online appts so I can book an appointment & have a face to face consultation. Don’t like the telephone appointments.
