Neither good nor poor | Always get new doctors to see. Probably they rushes. My BP found high as soon as i went to see, it was checked and after returning home was very normal 119/76 and at most time it stays the same. On that occasion my eyes were checked. (I was seen for pain in my eyes) | If elderly patients can be seen by more experienced doctors? Very poor | No text message reminders for appointments: if reminders are sent, no mention of which surgery the appointment is at. Missed my appointment due to this as it resulted in confusion and could not call surgery as phone lines were down with three mobile. Awful customer service skills from receptionist Rakhee. She is incompetent, lacks customer service skills and is incredibly rude over the phone. | Use common sense and mention which surgery the appointment is at.
