Very poor

Have called twice to sort out a NHS link & private referral requested. Still not sorted.
Called at 8am on Tuesday to get a mole looked at and I got referred to the pharmacist. Her response was she could not understand why I had been referred to her when a mole of concern needed to be looked at by a doctor who could make the referral and advised the surgery. Today is Friday and I have still not heard anything.

The link on the NHS app – all it needed was for the Doctor to be messaged to reset it but I was told I needed to call in and speak to a doctor.
As for the mole, I should’ve been booked in with the Doctor straightaway and not the pharmacy.

Very good

The receptionist is super professional, Kind, compassionate even when she’s overworked. Very polite and helpful and quick at resolving queries. The GPs are very supportive.

Reduce call queues
