Very poor | No appointment was given ,when I was badly need of docter. | Proper service to the patient, no harassment to public don’t ignore poor patients who completely depended on you. | June 2, 2026 at 2:53 pm |
Neither good nor poor | I appreciate that 143 St Saviour Road Surgery is going to refurbishment but when you enter there is no privacy. | Easy way to obtain sick note | June 2, 2026 at 2:54 pm |
Poor | Initially 1st appointment with GP was ok not fully diagnosed with my back pain and proscribed low does pain killers which was not hitting my pain. 2 nd appointment with Dr. Chu was good and he access me very well and prescribed stronger painkillers meds with a large amount so did not have to contact GP for a second time. 3rd GO appointment was very poor Dr Arun he did not accessed me or did any checks for my painful back pain. Requested urgent MRI scan in place and physio but this did not happen urgently and still not until next week. | Train admin staff to get urgent medication requests to be processed as promptly and not wait until end of day. | June 2, 2026 at 2:55 pm |
