I had a consultations with Mrs Vohra ( Phlebotomist). She was very polite , Professional and punctual with ALL my appointments.I cannot Thank her enough for her interventions.

As always , I have had ‘ GOLD STANDARD’ treatments at this very busy Practice and feel there is nothing more that could have been done better.

I rang yesterday for an appointment, no callback.
Today I was on the phone since 8am then spoke to Roshni at 9:34am, she told me no appointments available today and advised me to go to A&E to get the spot/ blister drained. I then advised her the GP told me on last visit to ring back if my issue doesn’t improve, she was still telling me to go A&E.
Firstly how can someone from reception tell me the blister/ spot needs to be drained? She’s not qualified to give me that advise? Secondly this is an ongoing issue so why cant a doctor ring me back? I’ll be ringing again tomorrow and if I still dont get an appointment then I won’t be happy.

Got a doctor to call at least as ongoing issue.
Reception staff shouldn’t be trying to me what the issue is as theyre not qualified to do so.
