Neither good nor poor | I called the surgery at 8am for an appointment. I was 35th in the queue. When I received a call back there were no appointments available in person or over the phone. I’ve had the same persistent symptoms for the past three months and I’ve been advised to call for an appointment. I also tried the online triage method… unfortunately my medical need was not an option and therefore I can not get further advice or medication. I still tried to complete the form online to the closest match and was told I do not qualify for advice and I need to call the surgery. The only option I’m left with is A&E or suffer in silence till my symptoms and condition deteriorates. | More options for medical conditions online for patients to get medical attention in a viable window to ensure the symptoms and condition do not deteriorate. | June 2, 2026 at 2:48 pm |
