Very poor | Dire attitude from reception staff. Emails not responded too. No DR available for appointments after waiting on the phone for over 30/45minutes. Poor Service & manners at reception desk. The surgery is failing its patients!! | Sack the poor receptionists and recruit staff with empathy!! Indorse a better appointment service system.
