My mum saw Dr Sian for her steroid knee injection on Saturday. As always he was kind and caring. He is an exceptional GP who has provided longstanding care for my parents. We couldn’t be in better hands.

The reception staff work hard and are helpful in booking appointment as needed.i have had mostly positive interactions when I need to book appointments.

Very poor service. Have been chasing for a letter of medical evidence for over a week, was told to record blood sugar levels for 2 weeks and send it back which I did and I was supposed to see the doctor after this but was being refused an appointment.

I had made a payment of £50 too and I kept being told the doctor was on leave even though there are so many other doctors available.

I was chasing for so long and these delays caused a further delay in renewing my licence.

Better service and actually listening to patient’s queries and doing something about it.

The practice nurse demonstrated excellent clinical practice and adhered to appropriate infection control procedures. She introduced herself and clearly explained her role, ensuring that the patient was aware that the consultation was being conducted by a registered nurse. She also provided a clear explanation of the rationale for all the blood tests requested.

If renovations and other improvement works were not already underway, I would have recommended modernising the clinic room.

Always greeted by Darshna with a smile & also receptionist was polite & guided me to correct room.
