Very poor | Staf are not good they think they are doctors they don’t know how to spike with the patient they think wee r sumthing always arguing with the patient the and wee call on surgery they don’t answer a call phone was ringing and ringing but they not answering call straight away even they are not in call and put in a q and after 45 minutes they answer call and says to us sorry we are fully booked call tomorrow how is this possible | First of all behaviour for all staff they need to learn and support and speak with the patient nicely and helpful thank you | March 11, 2026 at 9:23 am |
