Very good | I arrived an hour early for my blood test, as I am disabled and dependent on friends and family for transport. I told the receptionist to let the nurse know. I was seen early after the other patient’s before me. I apologised to the nurse and she said it’s better than not turning up. I was nicely treated by a person who knew her job .
