Very poor	You have never taken interest in helping your patient and you never will . I am telling this after experience of 3o (1994)years with you thinking one day you and your service will improve.	I know as I am a living experience that you will never change so no point suggesting you for any suggtion. I am writing this with the heavy heart while i am In the hospital , where I was admitted because of your negligence. When I called you for a help , someone said a gp will call back. But no one called. A pharmacist called late who told me to take off for not attending an appointment which i was not aware of. She told me take a paracetamol.
