Good | Generally I am able to get an appointment. The doctors for the most part that I have had appointments with are caring and clear with advice and next steps | The problem I have is with the online booking system. I have been using it since it started and this was working well. However, in the last few months there appears to be a bug in the system which does not allow you to select certain options or continue to the submitting page. Thus I’m having to call in after attempting to submit my request online.
