Neither good nor poor | For me and myself it was good with my appointment. I think it was blood test but what I’ve noticed at the reception is the receptionist could’ve been a bit more helpful for a patient that was enquiring about something so I felt that was a bit very poor customer service and also on the reception. It always depends on who is at reception as to what kind of service you get | Things you could do better is maybe be a bit more patient with the elderly with all this tech and online appointments. The elderly even myself find it difficult if it’s not face-to-face and also the elderly or a bit confused at reception and maybe not get the proper assistance that they need.
