Neither good nor poor | It says get appointment then then fill form. I filled form said call after 12.00 as gives option. The receptionist dont read properly and doctor calls in morning so just miss the consultation at doncaster which is near for me. Then after I call gives me far which need get two buses even i do be uber charges and she says for health u need do that I am 70 year old lady she not going tell her mother to do that this is very unprofessional. No calm polite understanding. | Please ensure receptionist reads messages properly on form. Plus be more understanding. If facilities get appointment then then.
