Good | Ordered medicines that were not on repeat. Inhouse pharmacist called and sorted it all out very efficiently Not tried the appointment booking for a whilr | Discretionary appointments for people with long term illness etc should be available. Not everyone can wale up early to make appointments. | November 6, 2025 at 5:46 pm |

Very poor | First off all the appointment needs to be on the phone and not online where the reception read and tell the junior doctors or trainee doctors then the receptionist calls you and then book an appointment and if you do give appointments it is in the out of hour service which is not good because I don’t drive i have to rely on family members who are working or not at home if it’s in our surgery then I can just come walking i live there anyway so it’s ok for me. | Don’t have online appointment booking just do it on the phone online is waste of time for people for booking appointments and plus my mum dont have phone how is she going to book an appointment for herself if she not well she will tell me or my sister-in-law to phone or book it for her | November 7, 2025 at 10:10 am |
