Poor | I have been waiting for an appointment and everytime I go to the surgery they do not help. I have a problem with my phone and I told them at the surgery to put on the system that any appointments be sent in a letter format via post. This request was also ignored. | Listen to the patient and their issues. I don’t enjoy or have the time to keep going to the surgery and being sent away unresolved.
