Neither good nor poor | I was unable to understand the review process as clinician was unable to answer requested by GP by text message. Clinician was not updated what was request as per your message sent to me especially my STAI issue mentioned in text message. Please update me as I am worried now.⁷ | I think your admin staff are not equipped with essential information and are not communicating with each other during as I have received numbers of phone calls remindig of the appointment date and time forgetting what the appointment is for. When asked doesn’t mention in the system, this is just a reminder. Do not bother to find out what the appointment is for or why. Possibly colleagues forgot to update the system. I feel very stressed and sad as I have multiple medication conditions. Please look in to this and inform me as soon as possibly you can.
