Poor | Doctors are good but receptionists are very unhelpful, rude, lacking lishening & communication skills. They don’t understand patience problem, let patient explain properly & even you tell her they won’t get it but just repeat same stuff I am not a technician/ I can’t do this /I can’t do that. They don’t have can do or being helpfully attitude. | Sorry for above comments but it’s true – You need to change or re train reception staff with basic can do attitude/ how to be helpful, lishen & be polite smile rather then being rude/unhelpful at Doncaster Road surgery | August 1, 2025 at 9:26 am |
