Very poor | Because whenever I call I have to wait very long for someone to pick up only for that person to always never be able to hear me when everybody else I call or who calls me can hear me. Then they always end the call and I have had times they don’t call back after hanging up which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I hate having to call the GP. Before I used to always be declined appointments but I think recently this has improved and hopefully stays like this because in the past it was very hard to get an appointment for a concern which was valid and needed to be checked. | Reduce the time a patient has to wait on the phone. Get better connection and after hanging up be sure to call back straight away. Give patients appointments when they request it we aren’t just calling for fun. | August 1, 2025 at 9:22 am |
