Neither good nor poor | The issue is with the waiting times which discourages to contact GP and prolong the issues. Though once contacted the treatment provided is very good. | Practise should look at various online ways nowadays available for patients to contact. One of the ways is to do online triages where the patient fills in a form providing details about the issues and if needed support ted by photos and submit for the consultation.
