Poor | Difficult in getting an appointment or sick note | July 1, 2025 at 9:40 am | |
Neither good nor poor | Okay service – asked for a prescription/repeat to be added. Received no response and was too busy to chase until a week later when I rang and asked to speak to a GP who said it had already been done. Maybe get them to email back to confirm it’s been processed as no one is going to check the nhs app everyday to see if it’s updated. | As above | July 1, 2025 at 9:40 am |
Very good | Reception staff, Dr Raj Thakor, Dr Shah, Dr Saini and rest of the team are incredible people. Thanks for having such highly patient supportive staff. Examplinary is Dr Raj Thakor. | Nothing more | July 1, 2025 at 9:42 am |
Very good | Excellent communication with patient, listening to the patients issue and providing excellent support as required | Telephone appointments needs improving as waiting in Que is frustrating for hours, thought the surgery tries their best but due to underfunding by NHS causes these issues as the surgery tries their best within the available resources, but big ques needs addressing | July 1, 2025 at 9:42 am |
Good | I think the follow up to test results is poor. Sometimes we are not contacted about results and we have to chase. Also very long delay after tests to get to speak to someone about them. | July 1, 2025 at 9:43 am |
