Very poor | We waiting for 50 minutes as doctor was running late. Very unprofessional l. Reception didn’t even inform us or apologised that doctor was running late. Appointment are booked for that time as every one has things to do place to be. I had to arrange last minute school pick. GP didn’t even apologise for keeping us waiting for nearly 1 hour | GP is just doing tick box exercise. She don’t even check the customs properly and prescribed medication which is not allowed for children under the age of 12 and my son is only 10. We rarely come to surgery and to get appt you have to exist over an hour. It’s rubbish and when you do get appt you are told to buy off the counter medication. Waste of time and money making. Last visits in the year has been total waste of time. GP are not professional at all | June 6, 2025 at 7:12 am |

Very poor | I faced in accessing timely medical care from your practice following a painful wrist injury. Last year , I badly sprained my wrist while lifting a heavy load. The pain persisted overnight, prompting me to call the surgery first thing the following morning to request an appointment. I was informed by the receptionist that no appointments were available that day. I called again the next morning and received the same response, after which I was advised to attend A&E. Upon arrival at the hospital, I was disheartened to find a queue stretching outside the building. Faced with potentially several hours of waiting and the pressure of needing to attend work, I felt unable to remain. I then visited a local pharmacist, who examined my wrist and confirmed it was severely swollen. He advised that I urgently seek an X-ray but was only able to offer a wrist brace and painkillers due to the limitations of his role. With no access to GP care and unable to wait at A&E, I had no choice but to manage the injury myself. Over the following weeks, with consistent use of the brace and self-care, I eventually recovered. To my astonishment, six months later, I received a phone call from your surgery asking if I would like to attend an appointment regarding my wrist. I found this deeply upsetting and indicative of serious failings in your appointment system and follow-up procedures. I wish to express my frustration and concern that an injury requiring prompt assessment was effectively ignored due to an inability to secure a basic GP appointment. As a working individual, I expect my health needs to be met without being forced into a choice between medical care and employment. I request the following: This experience has left me feeling let down by a system I should be able to trust. I sincerely hope my complaint will be taken seriously and that necessary improvements will be made. | I’ve worked for 41 years of my life. I’ve lived in this country for over 50 years. I’ve paid into the system all my life—never taken a handout, never abused it. I’ve kept myself healthy, been a law-abiding citizen, and contributed consistently and without complaint. And yet, when the time finally comes for me to need help—when I need to see a doctor or access the NHS—I’m treated like I don’t matter. Like I’m a burden. Like I’m invisible. I was made to feel like a leper for simply needing medical attention. This country’s health service is not fit for purpose. It’s crumbling. It’s broken beyond repair. We are told to be patient, to understand the pressure on the NHS—but where is the care, the dignity, or the basic humanity for people who’ve supported this system for decades? It’s 2025, and things are going down the toilet. This is not the Britain I believed in. It’s heartbreaking to witness a system and a country I gave everything to fall apart in front of my eyes. God help this country—because right now, no one else is. | June 8, 2025 at 12:15 pm |
