Very poor | I’m throughly dissatisfied with the service at the GP we can never get any appointments same day and when I get through I’m told surgery is full booked ring next day again this is in the morning at one minute passed 8am ! Either phone line is engaged or you are in a queue no 50 odd so ! Then you are on hold for 20mins . And when you get through receptionist they are asking personal medical questions details like what are you calling for which I’m not comfortable disclosing to them ! The process and system is broken and many occasion I had to call 111 to be seen in order to get medical help ! | Yes look at all the feedback and improve from the patients point of view !
