Very good | The woman who did my blood test was fantastic. She was so friendly, talkative and genuinely happy to be there, which was really refreshing compared with some of the moody and rude staff I’ve experienced at surgeries before. I was quite nervous before coming in, but she made me feel completely calm and relaxed. She was lovely from start to finish, even wished me a happy birthday, and really made the whole experience much easier.
