Good | Dr Choudary checked my mum throughly and gave good advice. | Dr arranged an urgent blood test for my mum at the practice. Darshana attempted the blood test however was unable to take any blood out despite 2 attempts. We told her before that she has difficult veins just to give her heads up. She panicked when she couldn’t take the bloods out. She gave us the option to come back tomorrow or go to the hospital. As we are aware hospitals don’t do walking anymore, so we suggested speak to the Dr but she was reluctant to do that and got all flustered and told one of us to sit outside. Another staff member overheard our conversation and managed to get Jay in to do the blood test. He did it in one attempt with no problem. At the same time Dr Choudary came down aswell and instructed what to do as she is a very high risk patient. We found that Darshna handled the situation very unprofessionally and made it very uncomfortable for the patient. She is very incompetent and had a very very bad experience with her.
