There was no information provided about what to expect. Had I have know there was a blood test I would drank more water to ensure easy bloods were taken.

My appointment was also 25 minutes late. If this was the other way around me being late you would have refused to see me.

Absolutely absurd that I had bloods taken in February with some results sitting on borderline and the doctors who’ve reviewed this has signed it off as fine and failed to tell me I’m at borderline. This is disgusting and despicable as you should be giving me time to put processes in place to move to a healthier position rather than leaving it until it gets worse and I need to be taking drugs!

I can’t say this enough but the receptionist at Doncaster Road or Uber rude not only to me but also sitting in the reception area shouting out elderly people who are clearly hard of hearing and the shouting through a glass wall at them being rude because the patients can’t hear Well no they can’t hear you’re talking through glass fitting down they can’t see your lips to read them have some common decency if you’ve got an elderly person waiting in the reception area come out and talk to them like a human being. I also heard one of the receptionist moaning about a patient saying she’s got a headache and she wants to go home! Have some common decency to complain about patients when they’re not in earshot.
