Very good | Support patient with their needs | We kindly request that appointments be made available online, as waiting on the phone takes a considerable amount of time. We understand that, due to the increased number of patients, it is difficult to offer appointments to everyone. However, we suggest setting up a system where people with minor issues can receive help without needing to see a doctor in person—such as through live video or phone consultations. Very poor | The receptionists are rude and not helpful they try to become the doctors by providing advice despite not being qualified or trained properly. Furthermore when asking for a sick note and being caller 1 in the queue the receptionist think it’s okay for the phone to be ringing for 15 minutes until they answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting and poor. I’ve been looking into reviews for both surgerys and the feedback is very similar.
