Very poor | Never get appointment to see doctor and staff on telephone not helpful at all and very rude .when we call at 8am they put our name on list than they ring later on saying it’s fully booked for today appointment saying call tomorrow morning again 8 am than same things happening it’s fully booked. .when blood test is due why nobody rings from surgery to say your blood test is due now.staff needs proper training and need to understand patients problems and we don’t have time to ring every day in the morning to book an doctor appointment | No comment | May 1, 2025 at 9:23 am |
