Good | Having appointments with the actual GP & Practice Nurse have been very good. However, the communication with the receptionists and HCA not so much. I was requested to have a telephone conversation with the HCA. The receptionist booked it for this morning at 10:00 because I was working nights. It took many attempts to explain that I was working nights and don’t finish work before 08:30. She kept trying to book it for 08:00. This morning I received two missed calls whilst I was at work and could not answer them. I actually finished work late due to work load. I called the surgery back at 10:30 after listening to my voicemails. | I think the receptionists should actually listen to patients and not keep telling us what to do. They keep interrupting rather than listen. I also work in healthcare and make sure I listen to my patients and give them respect. | October 8, 2024 at 9:54 am |
