Very good | The experience from the the doctor and explanations to my queries absolved any doubts that I had and also entrusted me to take the medication. As there is a lot of misinformation online and in society in general, having the trust of your patients should be important to your surgery, which the doctor completely understands. | Obviously the situation with the phone lines and the amount of patients seen in a day should be looked at, but it’s understandable that this is not easy. But you should need to somehow look in to patients that are receiving regular appointments to ones that rarely come in and give priority to the latter. | October 5, 2024 at 8:44 am |
