Poor  | The phones lines are always clogged up when calling for an appointment. I’ve tried calling 3 days and always 20+ in the queue. I hold for over 10 minutes only for the phone to cut off. I still didn’t get an appointment.  | Maybe have an hour window as opposed to everyone trying to call at once at 8am. Some people don’t need a same day appointment so won’t book up the day’s appointment slots.  | October 1, 2024 at 8:50 am |
