Very poor | My appointment was on 28th September at 1020 am for a blood test. There was no one in room 1 with the nurse. She was on the phone as the room door was open and I could hear her chatting to someone. I had to ask reception to text her that she was 20 minutes after my appointment time , now 10.40am ..She then called me in .There were other patients waiting after me who were also getting annoyed with her. I had to pay my child minder another 30 minutes to look after my son who was at home. This is really not acceptable behaviour as she was delaying so many people. We have to attend on time , I expect to be seen at a reasonable time. She has a responsibility too.
