Very good | Excellent GPs and Practice Nurses e.g. competent and confident. | Communication skills with some reception team, cleaning standards in some areas and how the receptionist maintain confidentiality at front reception, can be better. Clarification from reception staff of whom the appointment is booked with e.g. difference between a doctor and a Physician Associate or a Nurse Prescriber.
