Neither good nor poor | I booked an appointment with the dr I chose. When I went to surgery for my appointment and was told my appointment is booked with a clinician I was not happy at all. This has really distressed me. Reception needs to be more thorough with how they deal with calls and book appointments. We cannot always get the dr’s that we would like to see. The call time getting into surgery telephone is immense 30-45 mins by the time u get to reception the appointment are fully booked. Why is this issue? | Patient have a choice of dr?
