I want to put very good for the nurse that attended to me
But I have put good because the customer service/reception needs to improve quite a lot in Harvard communicates and treats patience. Some reception staff are very good, but there are some that are very difficult to talk to. They are very difficult with patients and they don’t have patience for sales to be sitting on reception.
While I’ve been the waiting area I have also noticed that the receptionist tries to always talk in English where the patient cannot speak English. The receptionist need to speak or get somebody else that can speak language the patient can understand

A lot of the times what have experienced is, the receptionist tries to be the doctor
