Very poor | I don’t think all the stuff know what they’re doing in the surgery appointments people don’t know what they’re doing reception people don’t know what they’re doing i had to wait 4 days for an appointment I’ve been calling every single day I have never known surgeries to be like this | You people need to decide how many people you taking in for an appointment and get them to see by the doctors I don’t come to the surgery very often so I was very frustrated when I had to wait four days for an appointment talk to the staff both appointment and the reception should know what they’re doing and the senior doctor need to see their patients you can’t tell people to go online and book your appointment some people don’t know how to do that if you got appointment available online then the reception or the appointment person should able to book you in you have to think about Alderley people who live on their own who don’t have all these facilities don’t keep taking extra patient if you can’t cope with what you got already | August 1, 2024 at 10:29 am |
