Good | Doctors are knowledgeable and get the necessary follow ups done to a very good standard. Doctor’s genuinely care and hear the concerns of the patients which is quite rare in todays day and age. Quick referall and good communication between doctors and other health professionals. | Sometimes could just explain a bit more about why a condition is expected especially in on the back of an mri or X-ray to understand diagnosis better. It would be even better if these visuals could be shared with the patient at a gp appointment where applicable so the patient can see for themselves. Would also be good if gps could regularly check weight, bmi, blood tests etc to prevent problems before they happen rather than treating when a problem occurs. However, I understand that doctors are overstretched with the current state of the nhs. | August 1, 2024 at 11:14 am |
Very poor | Every time I ring in the morning at 8am I have to wait at least hour or so. For general enquiry staff in the reception not picking up for phone for at least 45 minutes in the afternoon as well. | Need more polite and respectful receptionist. And always need two receptionist at the front as there is only one in the afternoon. Some of the consultants don’t know what they giving to patient either. Everyone don’t check their patient carefully some of them only ask one or two questions and that’s all go away. | August 1, 2024 at 11:14 am |
