Poor | The shear length of time have to hold for someone to pick up the phones even if you are number 1 in line. And it’s pretty much impossible to call at 8am and get an appointment as average hold time is at least 40 mins plus form my personal experience.. And then all slots are booked and the circle starts again the following day. | At opening times have extra Phone lines and call handlers to speed up process and be able to get an appointment. Also when eventually do get an appointment hardly ever runs on time and always have to wait 30 mins plus. If consultations are 10mins per patients, why so much delays?. Also in 10 mins should be able to diagnose more than one health issue and deal with it if there is time left on the 10 mins slot. | May 2, 2024 at 9:21 am |
